Noodle is a wonderful dog.  He LOVES kids and enjoys playing with other dogs.  In his mind he is a lap dog but he weighs 79 lbs.  He needs a forever family that will give him all the attention he needs.  He is house trained and crate trained but at night he can be a little hard to crate but a treat takes care of that.

The good people at Lab Rescue sent him to a vet that seen he had a problem with his left front leg. They took x-rays and a bone biopsy to make sure there was no cancer present.  Noodle has a  serious infection that was left untreated so long it has spread to the bone in his front leg.  Even though the infection has invaded the bone, it has not destroyed the integrity of the bone so there will be no weakness in his leg and he will make a full recovery.  He will, however, be on antibiotics for several months to completely clear the infection from the bone.  He also had an abscess removed from the top of his head.  The vet said it could have come from a bite or some other type of intentional injury.  Through the biopsy, surgery and horrible infection, Noodle has been a fantastic dog.  If you are looking for a lovable lab, Noodle is your guy.
