| Grace is a 5 year old yellow female owner surrender. She had registration papers but they were never filed by her previous owner. She was surrendered due to a sudden career change and out of state move by the owner.
Grace is a magnificent example of a
Labrador retriever. She is classically beautiful, with the blocky head
and sturdy body. She has a wonderful happy, outgoing labbie personality.
She is friendly and loves to be petted and loved on. She is a licker but
not too much. She is sitting beside me as I type this, which is typical.
She did explore and chew the first week, but since then the only thing
she has eaten that I didn’t want her to were socks I left on the floor.
She is a good girl re going into her crate but is really ready to get
out when I get home. She is potty trained. She sleeps in my room in her
bed on the floor, and has never attempted to get on my bed. And she
doesn’t dig. She also doesn’t beg while her mom eats. She loves to go
for car rides, and pushes her way into the garage whenever possible and
gets into the car if there is a door open. She prefers to ride in the
front. She does like the couch, but also knows what “off” means. She
loves to run and play, and does play kind of rough, and also pulls on
the leash. The vet referred to her as a “tomboy.”She is really high
energy. She runs and runs when she goes outside. Grace can be mouthy and
likes to ride in the front seat.
