Puzzle is an 11 month old chocolate boy. He came to us after being rescued from less than adequate conditions. He was confined to a small pen that was filthy and had nothing more than a hole in the side of a shed to protect him from the elements. He only weighs about 47 pounds (should probably be more like 70+ pounds, given how tall he is) and his coat is a mess from being left in the sun. He is a happy boy with a lot of good energy!

Since coming to Lab Rescue, he has been neutered, caught up on his vaccinations and is learning the ropes of indoor life. He has not had one single accident in the house and crates just fine. He must not have had much interaction with other dogs because he wasn't sure how to act when he first met the other dogs at his foster home. He also isn't very sure what toys are for. Puzzle seems interested in the cats but not aggressive towards them.

With some time and good nourishing food he will put on the weight he needs and his coat should turn a gorgeous chocolate color.
