Bitzi is a small 1 year old lab mix (48 lbs) saved from a local shelter.  She is a little shy at first but warms up quickly.  She loves other dogs and cats and does an excited dance when you come home.  She loves to play and will grab a few bites of food and then run over to see what you are doing before running back to grab some more food.  She is house broken and doesn't mind her crate if you toss a biscuit in first and leave her a bone to play with.  She doesn't know any commands yet but she is eager to please. 

Bitzi is no longer shy and likes to meet new people and animals.  She has also learned sit.  She enjoys retrieving.  Just be sure you don't leave any shoes or socks out as she likes to retrieve those and munch on them.  If she had her way, she'd live in your lap. She is very sweet and likes to sleep on your bed at the foot. She has also been left in the house uncrated during the day and not destroyed anything (though she does get all her toys out).
