Janet, Michael, Tito, Jermaine, and Marlon are 10 week old black lab mix puppies that were found abandoned on the side of the highway in Chouteau.  They were found huddled up against a dead dog trying to stay warm.  They are typical puppies.  They have just received their first round of puppy shots.

TITO is a wonderful 9 week old black male lab puppy.  We have had him a week and he is already potty-trained.  He "whines" when he wants to go out and is very consistent.  He sleeps through the night by our bed on a pile of towels, which he claimed the first time we did laundry. He has not cried once, which is very odd, as most puppies have separation anxiety from their siblings or mother.   He loves the other dogs in the house: a blue heeler, two other labs and a westie.  He gets right in the mix with all of them and is not the least bit intimidated by his smaller size.  He is a very confident, secure puppy, and very lovable.

He has started chewing and is very amenable to correction.   We merely tell him no, get his attention, and then give him a chew toy.  It only took him about three times and he learned what was acceptable to chew on.  (We'll see how consistent he remains with this).  He will make anyone, any age a great companion.

Because they are so young and will need another round of shots and spay or neuter, they will only be adopted out in the immediate Tulsa area.
