Phillie is a 2.5 year old black male labbie who was surrendered to Lab Rescue when his family had to move and did not have room in the new home for him.  He's been well fed and taken care of.  He's up to date on all his shots and neutered.  Phillie is a sweet loving boy who gets along with other dogs.  Come out to the next adoption event and meet this wonderful boy.
