Say hello to Hobo! He’s a super sweet, very laid back, 4 year old guy with a ton to offer! He has impeccable indoor manners, gets along with other dogs and doesn’t seem to care about the cat. He is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations and preventatives.

To say that Hobo is a “good dog” is a giant understatement.  He came to us as a stray that wound up in the shelter. After knowing him a few weeks, how this could have happened is beyond me. Hobo obviously was well loved and very well trained. He knows sit, stay, wait, down, shake and you can say “other hand” and he’ll shake with the opposite paw! He was at home immediately here and even made his place next to me on the couch. He absolutely does not need a crate, so I haven’t even bothered. He’s done great with the older kids he’s met but hasn’t met any younger ones yet. He doesn’t chew, doesn’t dig, doesn’t potty in the house and is great on a leash. If I had to pick one bad habit, it would be that he is very interested in whatever you are eating. But I don’t know a Labbie that isn’t!

Hobo is such a smart, obedient boy that he would do best with a family willing to keep up with what he already knows and challenge him. I would prefer Hobo go to a home where he could stay indoors while his family is away. To become a lawn fixture is just not good enough for this boy! Get your app in soon. He won’t last long.
