If this lab were a man, any mother would tell her daughter to hang on to him! Cuervo is a tall, friendly, handsome, smart four year old male who learns quickly, tries to please, and is attentive and devoted without being needy. He was left to fend for himself in Jenks, so Animal Control called Lab Rescue to help find him a forever family who could appreciate his good nature and his talents. Cuervo is light yellow with amber eyes and a bright smile. That swinging otter tail is the first thing to greet us when we come home, and when we sit down for dinner, he lies down calmly beside us and waits for his walk. He sleeps in his crate and is fine being left alone. He gets along well with other neighborhood dogs and the people he meets. He chases the garden bunnies, but we encourage that. Loud noises and storms do not bother him. He is house-broken, crate trained, knows to come and sit, and he stays out of the kitchen when we tell him to. No chewing, no digging, and he seems to learn what we want quickly. This fellow is a keeper if I ever saw one!
