Keifer is one of the cutest puppies I've seen in a while.  He's about 2-3 months old and was found wondering the streets and turned into a local shelter.  Lab Rescue was called because little guys like him should not stay in those places.  He's going into a foster home so watch for an update as they learn more about him.
