Griswald is a beautiful 2 year old boy who was surrendered to Lab Rescue when the owner could no longer care for him.  He's a sweet boy that gets along well with other dogs and seems to like kids too.  He does think he's a lap dog so a little training will be necessary.  He's just gone into foster care, so watch for an update soon.

UPDATE - Griswald has been with us for almost 3 weeks. He gets along great with humans and dogs. However, he does not get along with cats. He responds well to commands (it may take more than one “no”) and is pretty good on the leash. He is learning that he is not a lap dog, he will regress if he is excited. He rarely barks.
He is a great dog, smart, loving, and would make a great addition to any family. He is crate trained, house-broken, up-to-date on all shots, neutered and on heart worm preventative.
