Roscoe is a sweet 1-2 year old good 'ole boy.  He was rescued from a local shelter.  He seems to be gentle and easy going, has those pretty puppy dog eyes. He's been in boarding, so watch for updates as he goes into his foster home and we learn more about him. 

We've learned he has been diagnosed with heartworms, which is completely preventable by simply giving a dog a pill once a month.  Heartworms are only transmitted by the bite of a mosquito so it doesn't matter if the dog is inside or outside, he/she still needs protection.  Once Lab Rescue completes his treatments, Roscoe will be good as new.  Treatment for heartworms is costly any donations or sponsorships would be appreciated.
