Hi. I'm Shiloh. My next door neighbor (Kylee) and I were rescued from the Muskogee Shelter with (literally) 10 minutes to spare. We are true rescues. A nice Lab Rescue volunteer happened to drop by the shelter right before they closed and we were marked to be euthanized in the morning before the shelter opened. She loaded us in the car as the shelter workers were locking the front door.
Us girls had a ball running around the backyard at our foster mom's house. We had been locked up for so long. I'm a little bit bigger than Kylee but still small--45lbs and about a year and a half old but I'm not much of a puppy like most labs my age. I'm also very shy but I feel safe here so I am starting to feel good. I'm a little camera shy so I look better in person. I have lots of foster brothers and sisters but they are all bigger than me--except Kylee so I'm not at the very bottom of the totem pole but I do let the boys and the bigger girl boss me around but I don't mind. I'm a year and a half and I like to play fetch and just have some attention. I like all the other dogs and I like cats (for lunch)! I need to be a little spoiled because I have been trough a lot in my short life. I know my forever home is out there--I hope you find me soon......

Update - Shiloh was heartworm positive but has completed her treatment to make her heartworm free and is now is ready for her forever home!
Heartworms are easily preventable with one pill a month. However, the treatment is expensive, lengthy and hard on the dogs. Please help us continue to treat these neglected dogs by a donation. Every little bit helps. Thanks.
