My name is Jackie O and I was surrendered along with my sister because our previous owners were moving into a house with a small backyard. Lab Rescue also saved my life because I had heartworms and they were able to pay for my expensive treatments. I am very thankful because I LOVE people. I had a problem with fear aggression toward other dogs but my foster family worked with me and now I am running with the pack and wanting to play. If my new forever family has dogs I need a slow introduction, patience and lots of love to feel comfortable but I make fast progress. My foster family can give you tips on helping us become a happy family.
Now more on my good points, I am 4 1/2 years old and know basic commands. I am house trained and crate trained. I also know how to shake hands. I love to play fetch. Plus I am a talker. I just love talking to my foster mom and dad. Not sure if they understand me yet but they sure think it's funny. Plus I talk to the other dogs letting them know I want to play or give me the toy.
