Meet Jonesy, a rather calm, 3-5 year old, 68 lb, Black Lab that recently entered the Lab Rescue program. He is a great looking guy and his calmness implies he will make a great companion. Check back for an update once he goes into a foster home and we learn more about him.
Jonesy was heart worm positive when he came to Lab Rescue and is currently undergoing treatment so he will not be available for adoption until late September. The treatment will allow him to make a complete recovery with no side affects. It costs very little to prevent heartworms but once infected the treatment is expensive. If you can donate, please do.
