Meet Willie. He is an 8-year old black lab mix who was found running stray by a couple of wonderful guardian angels. Willie is a sweet, sweet guy. He is very laid back and will follow you everywhere you go and lie right next to you when you settle in for the night. He is housebroken, crate trained, rides well in the car, does good on the leash, gets along with other dogs and with cats, and does not dig or chew. Sounds perfect, huh! He also knows sit, down, stay and will shake your paw - I mean hand. We were initially afraid that Willie had been hit by a car but I just had his hips x-rayed and the vet says he has the hips of a 3-year old and no signs of dysplasia. He loves to play ball and run in the dog park so don't let his age slow you down - it hasn't him. |
