We have very few foster homes. Can you foster this dog until we find a home for him/her?	Yes No
We will require at least a $75 donation with each dog surrendered to help pay for boarding/fostering, food, medical expenses, heartworm preventative, flea/tick control, etc. If you would like to donate any extra items with the dog (any of the above mentioned articles including dog beds, crates, dog houses, etc.) they would be greatly appreciated. We are a VERY small, non-profit organization that teeters on the brink of going under some months!	You also need to send in a scanned photo (3-4 shots would be ideal) as soon as possible. If you don't have access to a scanner or a digital camera, you can always go to Kinko's to have them scanned in and put on a disk. Either that, or you'll need to set up a time to bring the dog to one of our volunteers so we can get a look at him/her.
